From earning his first break photographing Chrissy Amphlett of the Divinyls in the early ’80s, the British-born chef proceeded to stake his place as the rock photographer of choice around the world to snap some of the biggest names in music, such as The Rolling Stones, Björk, Elton John and Nirvana – as well as local acts INXS, Midnight Oil and Cold Chisel.
Mott’s photos have appeared in more than 700 magazines, as well as providing photography for more than 450 singles, EPs and albums.
