Hey get out there and join Glen.
Great opportunity to get some sports shots, you will be close to the action. Contact Glen Parker.
This exciting event is managed by the Rotary Clubs of Ku-ring-gai, St Ives, Turramurra and Wahroonga. The route takes in some of the most beautiful scenery on Sydney’s north shore, leafy residential streets, a pristine national park, rolling hills and open countryside.
There will be over 2,300 riders, and ride lengths to suit all levels of cyclist.
Our club is the only registered club to photograph the race around various locations of the course. There will be a manned location site to download your photographs, they will be sorted and uploaded to another website to host and sell the photos. Proceeds going to the charities that are beneficiaries of the ride (mostly Lifeline)
You get to keep your photos for use in competitions!

Welcome new members to come along, there will be mentoring for those who need help.
Bring a tri-pod.
It was a very pleasant evening with 16 members, (including 4 new) meeting and enjoying the
lovely warm weather and stunning views from Kirribilli to SOH, CBD & harbour bridge.
Of course the area and photos are done to death by many but the idea was getting together and to include new members, for something ‘simple’ to start. A bonus when one of the great ocean liners gracefully left the overseas terminal, making a beautiful picture for everyone.
It was a close call when the Manly ferry got too close and it sounded the hooter.
The walk around to Luna park was great, lots of fisherman on the rail too.
We all enjoyed fish n ships and pizza by the foreshore. Thanks to Sue and Geoff for the delivery.
There was a feeling of great friendship and sharing, and most hung around until at least 9pm, a good indication everyone enjoyed themselves.
A very successful evening.  NO rain either!
